Billing Associate

About the role

The Billing Associate II proactively processes all billing transactions in coordination with their assigned primary billers utilizing the most effective and efficient procedures and systems to facilitate the timely billing for services delivered by the firm in accordance with Firm policies. This position (a) assists external client servers in resolving billing issues

What you'll do

• Independently own a standard book-of-business
• Initiate and complete standard billing tasks in accordance with all professional billing expectations for assigned primary billers
• Review aged WIP for assigned primary billers to control outstanding WIP balances
• Hold external client servers accountable to bill timely. Escalating to regional billing lead, supervisor, manager, director or national billing leader, if needed
• This includes reviewing and recommending suggested billing amounts based on agreed upon billing arrangements, schedules, statement of work

What you need
