About the role

We are seeking an experienced Billing Engineer with strong construction background to manage billing operations for high-rise tower developments. The ideal candidate will oversee contractor payments, reconciliations, and work order management while maintaining accuracy across ERP systems.

What you'll do

Billing Management Manage end-to-end billing processes for civil and finishing contractors on high-rise construction projects
Review and verify contractor invoices against approved work orders, contract terms, and actual site progress
Process interim payment certificates and final account settlements in accordance with contract specifications and payment schedules
Ensure timely processing of all billing documentation to maintain project cash flow and contractor relationships
Measurement and Verification Conduct detailed measurements and quantity surveys for completed work items
