Billing Transformation –Business Analyst (Reporting - OAS) – Assistant Vice President

About the role

Organizationally, it combines all groups performing these activities globally, and also includes centers residing in State Street Shared Service locations in Poland, India and China. Billing Organization owns aspects of business-as-usual activities within billing areas and also drives process improvements and automation.

What you'll do

• Support enhanced reporting on key processes including Client Setup, data delivery and core billing
• Coordinate with requirement owners to understand and build BRD’s for new reports
• Execute data analysis which identifies reporting opportunities
• Build SQL and report layouts in collaboration with technology team
• Prepare test case for the scenarios which is part of report delivery and enhancement (Release)
