About the role

To drive business growth within the Emerging Enterprise Group by identifying client needs, delivering customized banking and financial solutions, strengthening customer relationships, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve portfolio growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives.

What you'll do

• Drive business growth within the Emerging Enterprise Group by identifying client needs, delivering customized banking and financial solutions
• Manage existing relationship of EEG Customers
• Managing especially high value clients and ensure stickiness over a Revenue generation target (2-2.5% of disbursement)
• Implement customer engagement and loyalty initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor portfolio quality and ensure adherence to the Bank's credit, compliance, and risk management guidelines
