About the role

Responsible for maintaining comfortable, safe, and energy-efficient building operations through continuous monitoring and system adjustments.

What you'll do

  • Monitor BMS workstations and respond to alarms, alerts, and system notifications
  • Operate HVAC systems, lighting controls, and other automated building systems
  • Adjust system parameters to maintain optimal temperature, humidity, and air quality
  • Perform system startups, shutdowns, and scheduling operations
  • Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures
