About the role

The PE Fund Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration of private equity funds and related entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, fund accounting, investor servicing, capital activity processing, and support onshore teams with compliance governing documents and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• A. Fund accounting and financial reporting
• Oversee fund accounting activities, including maintenance of general ledgers, trial balances, and financial records
• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for private equity funds and related investment vehicles
• Review fund NAV calculations, investment valuations, management fees, and fund expenses
• Ensure accurate accounting for investments, realized and unrealized gains/losses, carried interest, and other fund-level transactions

What you need

• 5–7 yrs of experience
• Accounting
• Financial reporting
• Financial statements
• Internal controls
• Valuation
• Reconciliation
• B.Com or MBA or M.Com or Chartered Accountant or CFA
