About the role

The Branch Support – File Processing role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer applications and service requests. The incumbent coordinates with branch teams, sales teams, credit, operations, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth documentation, verification, data entry, and file movement while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer applications and service requests
Process account opening, loan, and other banking service requests as per defined TATs
Coordinate with branch, sales, credit, operations, and central processing teams for file completion
Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, compliance, and regulatory guidelines
Track file status and proactively follow up on pending cases
