Brand Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to support client relationships, campaign execution, and day-to-day account operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, client servicing, customer success, or campaign coordination, with an interest in e-commerce, influencer marketing, affiliate commerce, or digital marketing.

What you'll do

• Support the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution of requirements
• Serve as a point of contact for routine client queries, updates, and follow-ups
• Develop a clear understanding of client businesses, objectives, campaign goals, and expectations
• Translate client briefs into campaign plans, timelines, deliverables, and execution requirements
• Coordinate with partnership, creator, operations, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Digital marketing

• Any graduate
