Brand Education and Training Specialist

About the role

You will conduct product demos, facial treatment trainings, and refresher sessions for our partners. You’ll also be the on-ground point of contact — answering questions, solving doubts, and ensuring therapists feel confident using AMINU products. If you enjoy teaching, talking to people, and working hands-on with skin, this role is for you.

What you'll do

• Conduct product and facial treatment trainings for salons and clinics
• Train new partners and refresh existing teams across South India
• Work closely with the Training Manager and Account Managers
• Adapt training style based on therapist experience and salon needs
• Share feedback from the field to improve training and products

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Documentation
• Biology
• Any graduate

What you get

• ₹3 L–₹6 L a year
