What you'll do

• Develop and execute annual & long-term brand plans for Volini with aligned business objectives
• Identify new business opportunities, define strategic priorities with end-to-end ownership of brand performance
• Translate consumer insights into sharp value propositions and innovation opportunities
• Analyse internal sales data, AC Nielsen data to identify business challenges
• Diagnose market share trends through deep dive on category & competition growths and recommend actionable strategies to drive brand growth
