About the role

The Tax Manager – International Indirect Tax will lead teams of Analysts, Seniors and Assistant Managers and will be responsible for delivering high-quality tax operations and compliance services across designated clients, geographies and tax regimes. Reporting to a Senior Manager, Executive Director or Partner, the Manager will oversee service delivery, technical quality, operational controls, people management and client relationships.

What you'll do

• Tax Technical & Securities Market Expertise
• Perform high-level review of international indirect tax returns, including Financial Transaction Tax (FTT), UK & Ireland Stamp Duty, GST and Withholding Tax
• Apply strong international indirect tax knowledge to analyse and resolve complex tax and operational matters
• Understand transaction tax implications across the trade lifecycle, from tax determination and accounting through payment and regulatory filing
• Provide technical guidance on complex transactions, exceptions and tax-related issues
