BU Sales & Strategy Manager

About the role

The BU Sales & Strategy Manager (BUSSM) is responsible for driving end-to-end business outcomes across Mobilization (Sales), Training, and Placements within the assigned Business Unit. The role focuses on designing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies, building strong partnerships with corporates and colleges, optimizing marketing investments, and enabling academies to consistently achieve inception and placement targets.

What you'll do

• Design and implement the BU-level Sales, Mobilization, Training, and Placement strategy
• Develop center-wise mobilization plans and monthly action plans aligned with business goals
• Create, standardize, and roll out the Mobilization–Training–Placement (MTP) framework across academies
• Execute the BU Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to achieve enrollment, inception, and placement targets
• Lead learner mobilization through digital marketing, cold calling, email campaigns, job fairs, institutional tie-ups, and business partner networks
