Business Analyst - Aftersales Logistics - Claims & Returns

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Process Analyst to support the Claims, and Returns processes within our Enterprise Logistics Application deployed across Europe and Dubai. This role involves analyzing and designing system processes based on business requirements, executing and documenting tests, and working closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and supply chain experts.

What you'll do

• Analyze and design system processes based on business requirements
• Execute and document functional and integration tests
• Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and supply chain experts
• Support the scrum team with process knowledge and requirement clarification
• Participate in agile ceremonies including Iteration Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
