About the role

The Business Analyst (BA) for the Alpha Index HUB (AIH) is a key contributor within the Product Organization, responsible for translating business, operational, and client needs into clear, actionable product requirements. The role supports the design, build, testing, and rollout of scalable index and benchmark data capabilities that are critical to Alpha’s data platform.

  • Partner with Product Owners to define, document, and refine product requirements aligned with Alpha Index HUB strategy and roadmap
  • Lead requirements elicitation through stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, and data analysis
  • Produce high‑quality artifacts including Business
