Business Analyst, Associate

About the role

This role supports customers and stakeholders primarily during U.S. business hours. Expected working hours are 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST, with occasional flexibility required to support collaboration with U.S.-based teams and business needs. Participation in after-hours support rotations and select holiday coverage may be required based on product, region, or business needs.

What you'll do

• Learn the Luminate Online platform and become expert in its features and functionality
• Perform Luminate Online system configurations for clients, during implementations or ongoing as part of normal fundraising activities
• Execute scheduled tasks for clients, e.g. sending email campaigns, preparing reports, updating content for web pages or emails
• Conduct quality control tests for both standard and custom functionality
• Assist senior Business Analysts as part of services engagements

What you need
