What you'll do

• Gathering requirements from operations and client stakeholders, and defining KPIs and metrics. Analyzing operational datasets using SQL (SQL Server
• Creating and modifying Power BI data models, Power Query transformations
• Identifying opportunities to automate reporting workflows using Power BI and Power Platform tools. Communicating analytical insights through dashboards, reports
• Analyzing client operational processes to identify inefficiencies, process gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Gathering and organizing process data from multiple sources to support workflow evaluation and issue tracking

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• SQL
