Business Analyst – Client Communication, Proposals & Sales Support

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) who will act as a key communication bridge between clients, sales, and technical teams . This role is critical in understanding client requirements, converting them into clear proposals, estimates, and solution documents , and supporting the sales closure process .

What you'll do

• 🔹 Client Communication & Requirement Analysis
• Interact directly with clients, founders, CTOs, and business stakeholders
• Understand business objectives, workflows, and pain points
• Conduct requirement discussions, discovery calls, and solution walkthroughs
• Prepare BRD, FRD, scope documents, and feature breakdowns
