About the role
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in Mortgage Loan Origination and Underwriting , and a passion for process automation and technology transformation . You’ll partner with clients to map workflows, define requirements, and guide deployment of JazzX Mortgage Solution that improves efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery sessions with client stakeholders to document current-state workflows and identify pain points
- Analyze and document processes within client Loan origination systems across origination, processing, underwriting, and closing
