What you'll do

• Identify all regulatory and management reporting needs across functions
• Define data models and mapping logic from transactional systems to reporting layer
• Develop templates and validation rules for IRDAI returns (Forms 112, TPA filings, etc.)
• Coordinate with IT and Data Governance for automation of regulatory reporting
• Design dashboards for claims ratios, persistency, provider utilization, etc
