Business Analyst

About the role

The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.

What you'll do

• Understand client's products, internal tools and processes and leverage those to push automation and increase work efficiency
• Using data and scientific management techniques to analyze data and provide solutions to cater to various business needs
• Leveraging multiple teams/products for data enhancement
• Leading and assisting in special Pilot Projects related to Business and coming up with actionable recommendations

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
• SQL
• Data analysis
• PRD writing
• Any graduate
