About the role

The Business Analyst for Wealth Generative AI Platforms is a key functional partner responsible for shaping how our AI platforms solve real-world business challenges. This role acts as the critical bridge between Wealth Management business experts and the AI engineering team.

What you'll do

• Gathers operational data and user interaction telemetry from Generative AI platforms to examine past business performance and user behavior
• Identifies usage patterns, user friction points, and AI output quality trends to provide insights for enhancing AI-driven business decision-making capabilities
• Recommends actions for future AI platform development, strategic business opportunities, and enhancements to AI-assisted operational workflows
• Participates in the exploratory analysis of AI model performance, qualitative analysis of user feedback, and evaluation of AI output against business requirements
• Translates AI platform data and evaluation metrics (e.g., relevancy, faithfulness
