Business Development (BD)

About the role

As a Business Development Manager at ShopOS, you’ll be on the front lines of building and scaling our customer base. This is not just a sales role—it’s about shaping narratives, finding aligned partners, and owning relationships with top-tier eCommerce brands and agencies.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end BD lifecycle —from lead generation and outreach to deal closure and onboarding
• Work with the GTM team to craft tailored pitches, demos, and proposals that map to client needs
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound efforts, events, referrals, and inbound leads
• Run crisp discovery conversations , product walkthroughs, and follow-up cycles
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to close feedback loops and shape roadmap priorities
