Business Development- CDMO

About the role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytically skilled Manager/Senior Manager - CDMO Sales to lead business development and sales initiatives for Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) services in the specialty chemicals segment, including fine chemicals, intermediates, and performance ingredients.

What you'll do

• Drive business development for CDMO projects in specialty and fine chemicals across global markets
• Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and revenue growth
• Build and manage relationships with international clients; act as single point of contact
• Coordinate with R&D, regulatory, operations and other teams for project execution
• Develop key account plans and identify repeat or upscaling opportunities
