Business Development Consultant

About the role

As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for driving growth and establishing strategic partnerships with healthcare facilities to promote and sell our temporary nursing contracts. Your primary focus will be on expanding our client base and increasing revenue by leveraging your expertise in business development and sales.

What you'll do

• Analyse the competitive landscape to identify unique selling points
• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI’s, ensuring consistent growth in client acquisition and revenue generation
• Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions in the CRM system
