Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our sales team in HSR Layout, Bengaluru . This is a full-time, on-site role with a 6-day working structure . The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective parents and guardians, understanding their requirements, explaining educational programs, and guiding them through the enrollment journey.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective parents and guardians to understand their requirements and introduce relevant educational programs
• Follow up consistently with leads through calls, messages, and other communication channels to drive conversions
• Explain course offerings, learning benefits, program structure, and enrollment processes clearly and confidently
• Schedule and conduct product/course demonstrations and counseling sessions for prospective customers
• Build strong relationships with parents and prospects by addressing queries, understanding concerns, and providing appropriate solutions
