Business Development Executive - Field Sales (F&B)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to sell the QueueBuster’s POS software across Delhi NCR. The role involves lead generation through field visits and cold calling, conducting client demos, on-boarding and maintaining long-term client relationships. You will be the face of QueueBuster in the market, responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client concerns, and executing local marketing initiatives.

What you'll do

• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients across Delhi NCR
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions
• Onboard restaurants by closing contracts and responding to inquiries from both new and existing clients
• Take ownership of operational and administrative aspects of sales, including reporting, process optimization, and system improvements
• Regularly update management with performance insights and recommendations for enhancing business relationships and improving service delivery
