Business Development Executive (IT Sales & Client Acquisition)

About the role

The company is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition for our IT Services and Staff Augmentation business. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the IT industry, and the ability to generate new business opportunities while building long-term client relationships.

What you'll do

• Generate new business opportunities for IT Services and Staff Augmentation
• Identify, engage, and acquire new clients through outbound sales, networking, referrals, and online platforms
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to provide suitable solutions
• Prepare proposals, conduct client meetings, negotiate commercials, and close deals
