Sales/Growth Coordinator

About the role

We are hiring energetic and persuasive Sales / Growth Coordinator for our BPO sales process. The ideal candidate should be excellent at following up with leads, building customer relationships, and converting prospects into sales through effective communication. This role requires a target-driven individual who is persistent, confident, and customer-focused.

What you'll do

• Outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Up regularly with interested leads until the sales process is completed
• Services clearly and address customer queries
• Rapport with customers and maintain professional relationships
• Customer interactions and follow-up schedules in the CRM
