Business Development Executive

About the role

This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume domestic sales environment, enjoys outbound prospecting, and has a proven ability to convert leads into business. We are looking for someone with a strong hunter mindset, exceptional closing skills, and the ambition to maximise their earnings through performance-based incentives.

What you'll do

• Drive end-to-end domestic sales activities, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure
• Execute high-volume outbound calling, follow-ups, and customer engagement activities
• Identify potential customers, understand their business requirements, and pitch Fatafat's solutions effectively
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Manage the complete sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and conversions in the CRM
