About the role

As a Business Development Executive at Keka, you'll grow the revenue from existing clients by upselling and cross-selling HR SaaS modules while keeping them satisfied and retained. You'll work with the Product, Sales, and Customer Success (CSM) teams. to increase revenue from existing clients through upsells and cross-sells, along with higher retention and satisfaction.

Manage relationships: Build strong ties with key stakeholders and run regular business reviews
Collaborate internally: Work with Product, Sales, and CSM to shape personalised account strategies
Track and report: Log client interactions and deal progress in the CRM and share feedback with internal teams
