Business Development Executive (Staffing)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive - IT Staffing to drive business growth through new client acquisition and account management. The ideal candidate should have a strong client network, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in IT staffing sales.

What you'll do

• Identify and acquire new clients for IT staffing and recruitment services
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and decision-makers
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to fulfill client staffing requirements
