Business Development Executive – US Process (B2B Voice)

About the role

As a Business Development Executive – US Process (B2B Voice), you will leverage your experience in handling US clients, objections, negotiations, and revenue pressure to identify, qualify, and convert US B2B sales opportunities. You will engage directly with US business owners, Directors, VPs, and CXOs, understand their business needs, pitch value propositions, and support sales conversions through structured follow-ups.

What you'll do

• Outbound calling to US business decision-makers (approx. 250–300 calls/day)
• Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand business needs
• Pitch value propositions and qualify high-quality sales opportunities
• Drive sales meetings, follow-ups, and conversions
• Handle objections confidently and professionally
