Business Development Intern

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Intern to support lead generation, prospect research, outreach, client follow-ups, and sales coordination activities. This internship is ideal for candidates who want practical exposure to B2B sales, business development, client communication, lead generation, CRM management, and the overall process of converting prospects into clients.

What you'll do

• Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, company websites, business directories, social media, referrals, job portals
• Build targeted prospect lists by identifying relevant companies, decision-makers, contact details, industry information, and business requirements
• Assist with lead generation for the company’s marketing, creative, recruitment, staffing, and related services
• Conduct initial outreach through emails, LinkedIn messages, WhatsApp, and other approved communication channels
• Follow up with prospects to understand their interest, requirements, availability, and next steps
