Business Development Lead- North

About the role

We’re looking for a passionate and driven individual to join Our Team as a Business Development Lead, responsible for driving our expansion and growth across the North region. Leverage local market connects for off-market deals and early access to new developments. Benchmark lease terms against industry standards to optimize cost per sq.ft and breakeven period.

What you'll do

• Conduct detailed micro-market studies to identify high-footfall, high-ROI areas
• Build heatmaps for current and potential customer clusters (by income, lifestyle, and proximity to demand hubs)
• Track competitor store openings, market saturation, and footfall patterns
• Identify potential locations across high streets, malls, and premium residential zones
• Develop a robust network of brokers, landlords, IPCs (real estate consultants), and mall leasing teams

What you need
