Business Development Manager

About the role

Your job is to sign hotels in Bangalore. We hand you a researched starting list - qualified hotels, owner contacts where we have them, ranked by fit. It is a head start, not a guarantee, and part of your first month is telling us what is wrong with it. Opening the doors is yours, and most of it is cold.

What you'll do

• Get meetings with hotel owners and general managers - mostly cold, mostly in person. The target research is done for you; the outreach is not
• Understand where each hotel is leaking guest revenue, and show them
• Demo the product and handle the objections that come with it
• Close, and stay involved until the hotel is live and the front desk is actually using it

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
