Business Development Manager - Partnerships & Integrations

About the role

We started with our first consumer product, Dhan, an investment and trading platform launched in November 2021. Today, Dhan ranks #8 amongst stock brokers in India and continues to be one of the fastest-growing platforms in the investment and trading ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Identify, pitch, and onboard new broking partners for Stratzy's algo marketplace integration
• Lead commercial negotiations — revenue share, pricing structures, SLAs, and partnership agreements
• Drive the entire deal lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, commercial structuring, contracting, and handover to integration/tech teams
• Work closely with Stratzy's tech and compliance teams to scope integration requirements with each broker (API access, data-sharing terms, order-routing arrangements
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with broker leadership (business heads, product heads, compliance heads)
