Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our UPM Adhesive Materials Team in Mumbai, India.

What you'll do

• Ensure product testing and trials in support of sales team
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns by leveraging product knowledge and building strong relationships with end users
• Engage with key decision-makers to secure specifications across various markets as well as conduct local market value assessments and prepare market platforms
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of value chain and decision-making process (technical and commercial) for relevant customers and markets
• Identify UPM’s customer value proposition in the context of competition and entry barrier
