Business Development Manager

About the role

Identify and generate new business opportunities across domestic and international markets. Acquire clients for IT services including web, mobile, backend, and AI development. Execute outbound strategies such as LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and platforms like Upwork etc. Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

What you'll do

• Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
