Business Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support growth in the India market by generating pipeline, developing customer relationships, and helping build local market presence through smart, innovative outreach.

What you'll do

• Engage prospects consultatively to understand their food safety, quality, compliance, supply chain, and technical-service challenges, needs, and priorities
• Take ownership of your discovery call quota, with performance primarily measured against qualified discovery calls successfully held
• Coordinate with the Marketing Team to maximise conversion from campaigns and events, and provide feedback to continuously improve MQL quality and engagement
• Build and manage effective automated cadences and follow-up journeys to maximise speed-to-lead, engagement, and conversion using Apollo
• Maintain accurate activity, lead, event, and campaign data in Salesforce
