Business Development Representative

About the role

We’re hiring a BDR to focus purely on outbound prospecting into new accounts. You’ll be responsible for opening doors at strategic ICP companies, uncovering QA pain points, and generating sales-qualified opportunities. Unlike SDRs who balance inbound and outbound, BDRs are hunters—focused on account mapping, cold outreach, and creating net-new opportunities.

What you'll do

• Execute outbound prospecting via cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn touches, and networking
• Research accounts and personalize outreach to VP Engineering, QA Directors, and CTOs
• Book meetings and generate SQLs for Sales Manager/AE
• Partner with marketing to execute ABM campaigns for key accounts
• Track activities, sequences, and results in CRM
