Business Finance Controller

About the role

Key responsibilities will include: Owning MIS, budgeting, forecasting, P&L reporting and variance analysis Strengthening financial controls, governance and management reporting This is a business-facing role requiring the incumbent to explain performance, anticipate future outcomes and recommend appropriate actions.

What you'll do

• Build the finance and controllership platform for a growing business
• Developing product-wise, customer-wise and business-unit profitability
• Driving product costing, pricing, margin analysis and cost optimization
• Partnering with manufacturing on BOM costing, inventory, yield, productivity and factory economics
• Monitoring working capital, cash flow and treasury requirements

• 8–17 yrs of experience
