Business Head – Dyes & Pigments

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Head – Dyes & Pigments to build, lead, and scale our Dyes & Pigments business from the ground up. This role will involve establishing the business strategy, developing a strong customer and supplier ecosystem, driving domestic and international market expansion, and taking complete ownership of the business's P&L.

What you'll do

• Business Strategy & P&L Ownership
• Take end-to-end ownership of the Dyes & Pigments business, including revenue, gross margins, profitability, and overall P&L
• Build the business from 0 to 1 by defining the go-to-market strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and establishing a scalable business model
• Develop annual operating plans, revenue targets, budgets, and long-term business growth strategies
• Identify high-potential product categories, customer segments, and geographical markets
