A successful SBU Head - Large Format Retail should have: Should have a minimum of 12+ years of relevant industry experience Demonstrated experience in building and growing sales channels Opportunity to build a business entire channel from scratch Opportunity to work directly with the founders of the firm

What you'll do

• Develop and implement sales strategies for large-format retail (LFR) channels like Tata Croma, Vijay Sales, Reliance Retail
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and retail partners
• Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities in the retail sector
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making
