Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing BI team at Loyalty Juggernaut (LJI). If you enjoy working with data, building dashboards, identifying trends, and translating business requirements into actionable insights, this could be a great opportunity.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to track business and operational performance
• Analyse hospitality metrics such as occupancy rates, Average Daily Rate (ADR), RevPAR, room revenue, booking trends, cancellation rates, and guest behaviour
• Analyse historical and current data to identify trends, revenue optimisation opportunities, and operational inefficiencies
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into meaningful dashboards and analytical solutions
• Extract, transform, validate, and analyse data using SQL and BI tools

What you need
