About the role

As Business Line Manager for Lubricants in India, you will be responsible for defining and executing the regional business growth strategy and translating customer, application and market requirements into a competitive and value-added solution. You will lead India’s lubricants offer while acting as a vital link between the regional market and the global MPT team.

  • Build a long-term business roadmap for profitable growth across the Indian lubrication market
  • Establish clear priorities regarding target industries, channels and applications
  • Lead portfolio gap analysis and prioritization
  • Translate local market requirements into solution development in itiatives
  • Define positioning, value propositions and pricing strategy for priority products
