Business Manager

About the role

We are looking for a high-impact Business Manager – EdTech Sales to lead a dynamic sales team, drive revenue performance, and help us scale Bhanzu’s offerings across new regions and verticals. This is a mission-critical leadership role focused on mentoring teams, optimizing conversions, and delivering outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of 20–40 sales executives (Inside Sales or Direct Sales)
• Own monthly revenue targets and sales KPIs across assigned geographies or pods
• Design and execute growth strategies to expand market reach and drive user acquisition
• Conduct weekly performance reviews, pipeline health checks, and skill workshops
• Drive performance through metrics: demo-to-sale %, show-up %, AOV, conversion rate
