Business Officer - (Shared Services & Core Lab Operations) Saudi Arabia

About the role

Working closely with Core Lab Directors, lab staff, and Shared Services functions, the role ensures operational continuity, compliance, and service excellence. The Business Officer proactively identifies risks, proposes solutions, and supports continuous improvement across multiple Core Labs, while also providing cover for other Business Officers when required.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end administrative and business operations for Core Labs, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely execution
• Coordinate with Core Lab Directors, Shared Services teams, and other stakeholders to support operational objectives and facilitate communication
• Handle key administrative tasks including travel arrangements, onboarding, office logistics, and inventory management
• Support recruitment processes by scheduling interviews, liaising with HR, and assisting with hiring workflows
• Oversee procurement, shopping carts, reimbursements, invoices, and financial reporting while ensuring data accuracy and compliance

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Excel

• BBA or B.Tech or B.E.
