About the role

Set the direction for and oversee analysis (stakeholder analysis, change impact and gap analysis, training needs analysis) to ensure delivery is strategically coordinated and planned. Proven experience conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and training needs analysis Experience designing and executing change, communication, and training plans for enterprise-wide releases

What you'll do

• Develop the People Experience Plan based on the completed analysis
• Help the Business Leads to proactively manage their business and mitigate risks associated with the release
• Support the development of a set of actionable and targeted plans e.g. change plan, communication plan, training plan
• Lead and support the creation of measurement mechanisms to track adoption, utilisation and proficiency of individual releases
• Ensure that readiness assessments are conducted to prepare employees for the adoption/ transition to new ways of working
