The team enables innovation, collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and scalable digital solutions that help colleagues deliver better client outcomes across Health & Benefits, Retirement, Investments, Risk Analytics, Work & Rewards, and related businesses.

What you'll do

Manage complex executive calendars, appointments and meeting schedules
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas, itineraries, accommodation and transportation
Prioritize requests and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
Act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
