Buyer- Industrial Purchase

About the role

To meet our challenges, we are looking for a Buyer within the Procurement team! This position will be located in Gokak. This position is responsible for effective and cost oriented sourcing operations for the plant adhering to the SOP's with a focus on sustainable and enviroment friendly outlook. Your experience and talents will make the difference to:

What you'll do

• Dealing with User departments for understanding the Purchase requirements
• Receive and monitor purchase requisitions
• Identifying suppliers, floating enquiries/RFPs, preparing TBA & CBA of offers received from vendors
• Managing the relationship with the vendors on the ongoing basis to ensure adherence to the supply and performance
• Supporting users and account department for payment process

What you need

• 5–7 yrs of experience
• Excel
• Logistics
• Procurement
• SOP writing
• Negotiation
• PowerPoint
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma

Good to have

• MIS reporting
• Power BI
